I'm sure you'll get some good replies to your post.  But I gotta say ... 
I wouldn't count on signal reports from your MedFER to motivate you to get 
your LowFER going!

I've *never* had a report for my MedFER (but I like it anyway :).  But I 
had *several* reports from my LowFER in just a few days.

I'd have to recommend -- get that LowFER going without regard to what 
happens with the MedFER.

Just my opinion ... :)
