I agree with Jay.  I think I paid $8 for mine.   You can have Steve 
program them with 7 different messages of your design that you can then 
switch between when running, if you want.  You can get one "normal" speed 
(say 12 wpm or whatever) and a couple of QRSS speeds (like 3 and 30, or 
60)...you can even switch speeds within a message.
