[Lowfer] Simple check list for Part 5 idea...

Here is a list of my ideas. Fill in blanks and add to the list and let�s see
what we end up with in a few days of discussion.

1: Freqs 135.7kc-137.8kc & 160-180kc
2: Power out of amp 500w
3: ERP 2w
4: Antenna under 200� height unlimited horizontal dimensions
5: Any digital or analog mode of operation
6: Authority to communicate with other services and Part 5 license holders
7: 5 year license duration and be renewable
8: Fixed stations in any US state
9: Ability to add or delete stations either by submitting an amendment to
the license or keeping a log of added stations and pertinent data about the
stations by the
    administrator of the license.

Obviously the 136kc band is narrow and will only support CW and digital
modes. The 160-180kc could be used for SSB/CW and digital modes.

It is late and I can�t think of anymore. Add to the list and so forth and
eventually we shall have something we all might be able to live with.
