The last issue of the publication of the IEEE Communications Group has
several articles on the subject.  One item of interest is that, at least
in some of the experiments to date, the frequency band of use has been
from about 2.5 MHz to 25 MHz, well above the BC band.  There's also a
statement to the effect that the RF environment is terrible.  BC
stations, for instance, put out far more power than any lowfer could
ever manage and there are lots of them any where you go.  For the
benefit of those who don't get the magazine I'll put some highlights
here when I get a chance.
