I have a book on experimental television from the mid-1920s that suggests
power lines are the ideal way to bring television into the home.  Seems this
is an idea whose time has come and gone, and come again and gone again.  Yet
it keeps getting resurrected just like Frankenstein's monster in all those
lame movie sequels: "Frankenstein Meets The Mummy Shortly After The Mummy
Met The Wolfman But Just Before Dracula Meets Abbot and Costello," et al.
And just like those sequels, the whole idea would be laughable except
somebody is willing to keep throwing money at it.
