How about Ralph's 400w output signal (~166kc) in Louisiana??? That has to
have a strong radiated signal and I bet he has not seen his lights go out
nor any complaints about interference to PLC's from being on the air.

I am sorely tempted to suggest that someone try deliberately to
interfere
with a PLC signal to see if one could actually do it even if you tried
using
1 watt ERP. If someone does this, please do it at 160-190 kHz so that
the
discussion afterward (success or not) concentrates on a better piece of
LF
spectrum.

Please do not remark about such activities. This may lead others to
question the maturity level of the group and its members; still others
to get "funny" and do something. The times call for more serious
approaches than the above "levity."

So I calmly say I object to the mention of such antics. We are not,
say, "CB'rs," nor emulate them.
