Well looky here, Les, "no hams allowed," is it? Hi.
Seems it's been a year that you've been on, the List that is. You
missed being loop-converted and harassed. But your turn is coming. Bill,
Mike? Les needs to rebuild and he's got trees. :-)
Didn't hear that XMGR was on this season at all and it was a good one.
Your comments were interesting given your past sentiments on LowFERing
(not moving or advancing fast enough) and now in light of this FCC
action (I only became aware when I opened the LF email a few minutes
ago. A Surprise.)
However I don't share the "downside," as you say, as that appears
speculative at this time. I haven't seen anyone "contract" to the new
band only. However what I think is plausible is that those who might
have been interested in LF may now be sniffing at the "next best thing,"
(just a handy phrase) and consider our part-15 ops. If that's the case
it should forewarn us (on this List) to expect inquires and requests for
help to get started - even if rx - here in "1-wattsville." So lets not
count the body bags, as the general has called the war off, yet the
troops, readied for action, mill around new territory. (Hmm, how's that
for corncob philosophy ;-))
Les, your last turn of phrase is a catcher -- and smile maker.
