Depends on what your intent is. If we want to make sure we arent
exceeding the ( put figure hear )
power as set by the FCC then some of us are going to need to be able to
measure ERP. In reality
me thinks the power level radiated by the antenna is generally going to
be within speck. That is with the given input restrictions set forth on
input power. But on the odd occasion when the wind is just right and the
balloons make a quarter wavelength , or the loop supporting soap bubble
expands nicely
