Sadly, I do not know.  I've not built a meter yet :(  BUT my transistors 
are warm, so I know I'm not resonant.  This is all new to me, and I'm 
learning as I'm going.  I'm a little in the dark about how to tune, 
although Lyle gave me quite a lot of good information back when I was 
getting my MedFER up...I've been reading all those old emails and trying 
to decide how to proceed.

Any suggestions would be appreciated -- don't assume anything -- I am 
truly ignorant on this.
