Hello Peter, also have the same problem with Compaq Laptop and Argo. The
sound card does not support the sampling rate used by Argo. Try Spectran, it
works with my Compaq
Tks Vern

Subject: [Lowfer] Argo Problem - Sound Card - II
All,
I last sent this July 2nd and am still in need of a solution for this
Argo-soundcard problem. The pc is a Compaq Deskpro 2000 w/ Win95B and a
SB16, model CT4170 sound card. A music CD does play through the card,
Argo does not.
On running Argo V1 b134, this message appears on press of Start
button:
"Your SoundCard does not support this Wave Format"
Accepting this message kills the application.
Any clues on what is wrong?
Peter
