They didn't modify it at all, I just call it that - think its proper name
is something like a frequency selective (to me thats "tunable")
voltmeter (to me, VTVM). Anyway, it has a slight glitch in the
"fine" tuning mechanism. Does anyone know of a source of
mechanical parts for it?
