[Lowfer] Delays W/ Email

Ouch; now that is too long for an email to go through. I read yesterday that
the Internet worm that caused all the problems last weekend is slowly going
away as people put the MS patch on their servers. Maybe there were still
some worms running around when I sent that message. Damn hackers...

Hey Mike,

Let you know that your msg. was time stamped at 10:46A and entered my
mail server at 5:07P! I have since heard that the issue of a heavy
volume of e-mails and or large sized e-mails is slowing throughput
locally. The downloading of Web entertainment has in the past created
problems for the our routers-servers. Our internal e-mails were
unaffected, however.

I don't know what happens with this server from time to time, but there
was
a serious hacker attack to the Internet in general last weekend, which
slowed down most backbones and shut down many servers.
