[Lowfer] First ARGO capture

Hi Chris:
Thanks very much for the capture. I am going to make up
some QSLs and will send one to you for this Lowfer report.
It really helps to have people listen and then report -
thanks very much for your efforts.
I see you have us "upside down" . I am not sure how you
have your receiver set up. I use USB and the frequency
relationship is correct on the capture. If you use LSB -
the reverse will occur.  I bet you could have seen more
of the stations - as I am next to the lowest ( at 298.5 )
and WA is above me at 300.2.  ( U S A is 298 ).
NC will be about 299 and I can see him in your capture
just between MP  and Bill (WA). It appears as that double
close-spaced line. Above ( or in your case - below ) WA would
have been several others.

Flip your sideband switch and everything will flip over.
So mark 863  as 185298.5  and WA should be 1.7 Hz above that,
or 864.7.
