[Lowfer] Argo Problem

LowFERs,

Yet another problem with my Argo LowFERing. A newer PC and new install
of Argo 131 on Win 95 and a SB-16 sound card are not working as was my
prior setup (Win 95 and its sound features). Ideas?

I got a faster PC to overcome some of the suspected deficiencies of
speed with the prior P-90. Loaded the same Win 95 on it and deselected
the Win 95 sound feature in Control Panel. Installed SB-16 and tested it
to play music controlled via the SB control panel. Worked, it's full
featured control panel seemed to function OK, as per the audio-speaker
test. Next loaded Argo 131 and execute it. Error, can't find a
Msvcrt.dll. Locate that on another system and copy over. Argo starts up
but no input indication on the L side sound bar (prior setup had the bar
60% high). Check everything but never see the sound. The settings are
Vis Gain - AGC, 30 Sec mode, Sens and Contrast are mid scale, and in
Horz dispplay mode.

Any thoughts on diagnosing this problem are appreciated.
