[Lowfer] Strange signal on 185.3026kc...

Has anyone else seen a carrier or other QRSS type signal on 185.3026kc
lately??? I got two reports of a bizarre signal right where my beacon is
transmitting. I know for sure that my beacon is working correct. This signal
has been reported in Louisiana and Alaska. It is sometimes audible during
the day and night and other times fades down so it is just visible on ARGO
and then disappears all together. What the heck is this??? I have a couple
of captures of it if anyone wants to see it.

If the signal persists for a few more days I will plug in my other Epson
which will shift my freq a bit from where it is now on 185.3026kc.
