Dex (and anyone else interested):

Referencing my earlier note about POES, I looked up the time you are
referring to and there WAS a fairly significant POES event at that time. At
the 0526 measurement the level was 12.3 GigaWatts, about average for all the
readings up to that point. Then at the next reading (0604 GMT) The level had
shot up to 59.4 GW, the highest reading so far today. Then it dropped down
to 14.5 GW 15 mins later. I have to believe that the two observations (yours
and POES) are related.

I am currently struggling with Excel to get a decent chart put together for
you. I am about to give up and find some nice, simple, charting software.
