No, 1W. The big loop was at 200mw. This makes both antenna have ~ the same 
current x area product. Based on Dex's, Larry's, and Mitch's captures 
showing next to nothing from the test loop (and reasonably strong reception 
of the big loop), I could not recommend a horizontally polarized antenna for 
LF communication.
