[Lowfer] DPC transmitting 173.498 QRSS-30

Sorry Bill but I won't be on the loop tonight. I put in a late night at
work....commissioning an 8-ton coal unloader tower. However, I'm adding a
MOSFET driver chip to the exciter. Should bring the input level up from 5 to
12 Vp-p.
