        That doesn't always work.  Sometimes the neighbors about 3 houses
away
hire a rock band which blasts out dreadful din until the early hours of
the morning.  I've tried pointing my 20M beam in that direction, firing
up the linear, and giving them a 1 kW blast.  Doesn't phase the damn
things!
