Hi, Les,

My own UWL MedFER will be back on the air in a week or so, also...its old 
antenna site was taken by my HiFER, so I'm relocating its antenna.

Normally at 1702 I _do_ have an oscillator for the 1704 kHz range.  
I can run 8 wpm CW, QRSS3, or QRSS30.

I don't think anyone ever listend for it but me, but I AM interested :)
