[Lowfer] curious signal

That is definitely a weird looking signal. Did you stretch it out and see
what the modulating signal is??? It looks like some kind of composite
signal. Maybe Bill or another one of those engineers can shed some light on
it. What is the carrier freq???

This may be a bit off topic but these were seen with ARGO so maybe that
makes it OK.
These signals appear to be from KFI in Los Angeles.
Their carrier is 8.4 Hz high and doing strange things.
Does anybody know what is going on here? I would assume they are trying to
send this signal to someone a long ways off, but what and who?
