Interesting point.  After reading Bill Ashlock's comments earlier today in
the "20 Meter band" thread, I made it a point to listen on 20m SSB for the
the first time in a couple of years, and I have to say it IS significantly
better.  I first attributed it to better enforcement, and publicity about
the same.  But who knows--maybe some new blood is contributing to a better
spirit of cooperation, too?
