We must have a psychic connection!  At just about the same moment you posted 
this I came across the bill of sale for my order of these, buried at level 
28 on the bench! The numbers are MPS6601 or 02 and MPS6651 or 52. The 02 and 
52 have a slightly higher Vce breakdown rating.
