Follow the EZ do it ur self mods in the QST article of a year or so ago
You need to have the SPS running to regulate so the article has you
run the 5 Volt buss to a resistive load . Then the 12 volt side can be 
modified for 13.6 by juggling the set resistor. I did a full mod on one
which does work Well at 6 amps,, depends on the size of the supply
sags about 10/15 % at 10 amps. The problem with mine is it is a bit
noisy,,,,,, however,, for next to nothing and with no mod other than the 
5 volt load,, you should be able to series several supples for 24,36
whatever volts
to run them FETs... Good price and light weight

just need to turn the supply off during rcv

unless you are working someone running one of them loops which will
lite up your house, no need to suppress noise    HAR
