Thanks, Lyle.  Sounds like you would follow the same standard I would if I 
built a flattop, which would be vertical length plus half the flat top 
length ... I see that as similar to using top hat RADIUS.

I would like to try one in the future.

Similarly I've wondered how the 200' loop is considered part 15?  But I'm 
a newbie and probably just don't understand.  It is that lack of 
understanding combined with the directional nature of loops that has kept 
me from trying one so far.
