Learned today that the neighbors to the east are renting (who knew?) and
are moving out.  In their back yard is the closest, large, RF-sapping tree
to me -- a cottonwood, considered weed-like around here.  It is situated
directly between my vertical and Connecticut.

I have a sneaking suspicion it will meet its demise while that house
stands empty.

But this is only a suspicion...
