[Lowfer] IP down for the storm.

I have shut IP down for the remainder of the storm, I checked my rain gage
this morning and for the night we had 4.75 inches of rain and it is still
raining.
I got a nice capture of IP from Roger in Duluth, it seems it was coming in
up their for about 15 or 20 minutes yesterday morning around 6:00 am. My
best yet, we figure about 1133.6 miles.
Roger runs beacon RM @ 189.8 QRSS10.
