[Lowfer] IP listening mode

I have been thinking about it, so many things to do.
Working on a veritable speed CW ID using counters, got to build a LOWFER
preamp for 706. dot to get the vertical working.
boy this retirement is a lot of work.but i am having fun and learning
something two.
