Paul,

The band is fairly quite at the moment but I can't quite make out any con=
sistent signal at 185.3005. There is one area were I see three dots in a =
row which could be part of a V (assuming you are sending VLF).

Paul, there's no magic here. The real test of whether or not you are gett=
ing out is at your end. The product of loop current and loop area determi=
nes the signal level that we see. The std loop #12 loop has a 2075 amp-sq=
 ft product (.83Ax2500sq ft=3D2075). I'm running about 3500 at the moment=
(1.4Ax2500sq ft=3D3500) so my signal would be 4.54db higher.

What is the amp-sq ft product for your loop? Based on your neighbors sign=
al I could easily see you if your signal were 1/10 or -20db. I think paul=
is running approx 3000A-sq ft. Assuming 1A loop current for you the size=
would have to be 3000/10=3D300 sq ft. This would be a loop with 17.3 ft =
on each side.

PS: I just came up with that amp-sq ft product but it should work.Get mor=
