[Lowfer] LEK schedule

LEK will remain on the air this evening until about about 0400 UTC,
when I will set up for overnight captures of BZS and FAW.

The modulation format is still MT-Hell, but with 4 times longer dots and 1/4
of the frequency steps than it had during Mitch's screen capture this
morning. Supposedly the frequency spread is from 185,300.02 to 185,300.36
kHz. I won't guarantee that last decimal place :-) Best results would be
with Argo set for QRSS60, slow speed.
