Larry,

I think this the shy one, alias Mister USA, or the renowned "VLF". He app=
ears to drop out when I rotate the loop 90 deg from the assumed heading. =
By the magnitude of the signal at 115mi it appears that he has finally fi=
gured out how these loops actually work!
John/Jay: Do you concur?
Ice Man: un-chill thyself and say hello.
Bill
PS: This loop is terrible for noise compared to the tree probe unless I p=
osition it N/S. This must have been the reason I always had to wait until=
midnight to see much. I have to locate it in the woods to get away from =
the house wiring noise but maybe there's something that the trees do to i=
ntroduce noise out there as well. I disconnected the TX loop to no avail.=
