I would be interested in whatever the filter might be. I have serious noise
problems as you know which are recent in origin. My house and land are being
surrounded by retirees in townhouses provided by a local developer. All of
them are in the City of Idaho Falls -- I am in the county and on a different
power grid. I am advised that the city has begun a program to install remote
reading meters. I am going out this week to check the noise from any of the
meters I can get access to. My noise has gone from essentially zero to
almost intolerable during the past year as these 'noise boxes' have
proliferated. One close by guy announced proudly that he could tell when I
was transmitting on HF because his touch lights would change intensity.  I
need to have an extended conversation with him about 'health and fire
safety" issues associated with touch lamps. Isn't that right guys --- touch
lamps can reduce your longevity?
