[Lowfer] ZL1BPU exciter

My ZL1BPU exciter board is up and running on the workbench. When I get it
installed in a box, I'll try driving the mighty LEK 1-watt final with it.
Now there will be another suspect besides Dex to put in the line-up when a
weird signal appears on the LowFER band.

For those who ordered parts from me, let me know where you want them sent.
They are all bagged and, as soon as I program the AVR microprocessors,
should be ready to go.
