[Lowfer] Rx Loops

One problem is that LEK has been in listening mode almost every night this
week. During the day I usually have it on, but there are no guarantees.
Probably better to use one of the NDBs at the low end of the band for
sensitivity comparisons, although they may be too strong for any really
meaningful tests.

300 miles is pushing it for aural groundwave reception of a LowFER signal,
although I've copied LEK's CW weather info by ear in mid-day, with a
portable setup at 250 miles. There will be times when skywave signals from
1000+ miles can be copied by ear, but I don't know if we have gotten to that
part of the season yet. Usually things peak during the last two weeks of
December.
