[Lowfer] LF Chat via URL and 1983 KHz

Last evening we had 4 Lowfer ops on the chat page, three of which
carried on for several hours.  (We talked a lot about Wild Bill but
don't tell him)  Also I had a QSO with RLD on the old 160 meter Lowfer
frequency, 1983 KHz.  I usually catch Carl, Lowfer TH (W2AZQ) a time or
two on this frequency during the winter.  Sure would be nice to hear
Brice, W9PNE, and Walt, W3WI, again.  I plan to monitor 1983 KHz during
the evening hours as conditions permit.
