[Lowfer] Frequency correction

Hi Bill,
   I have been looking at some of the captures in my files, And what i did
(lowering the freq.) might just make it worse.
we are only about .3 or .4 Hz apart, i might have put it on top of you, will
let it run tonight and see how it looks, maybe some one can get a capture
and see what i have did.
It is very un stable running at that voltage, might just pull the plug till
I can get another chip.
