[Lowfer] Frequency correction

Ok Bill,
     Here is what i have done , The chip wouldn't move up in freq. but it
would move down, I have moved it the max. it is now on
184.29975 drifting down to 184.29970, this was a .25/.30 shift from 185.300,
now if you move up to 185.300 we should cross.
But isn';t their someone on 184.29??.
I calibrated ARGO to WWV on 60 Hz.
the drift doesn't show on 30 sec only on 60 or higher.
I had ordered a higher freq. but had to settle with what they sent me.
apparently they aren't to accurate.when run at 5 volts they are real stable
though.
Please advise
