[Lowfer] Overnight 185.3 captures in MN

NC was visible almost all of the time from before sunset yesterday until
local sunrise here in central Minnesota. PI and WA looked fairly solid for
several hours, and there were other signals (possibly TAG and VD) that
didn't come through well enough for a positive ID.
