[Lowfer] NC captured in CO with weak ?? above it

Several good captures of NC here last night over a period of several hours.  
On three captures you can see ?? above NC.  Can you sleuths figure out who 
that is?
NDB conditions were good the past few nights (eastern Canada, Florida, Cuba, 
Cozumel, Jamaica, Columbia heard on same beverage as the NC capture) so I was 
expecting NC and others to show up.  To see capture go to-
