Bill,

Same for me. Carl was the first Lowfer I heard at a distance. But he's
evidently not interested in slowing down. With stability being an issue,
probably QRSS3 would be the best he could do, anyway.

There are two other stations in NJ -- and I've never heard either, despite
numerous tries. Not even in late December.

DCH was another CW station that we could hear in the winter, and I see that
he's gone from the Lowfer list.
