Good to see he's still ticking away at his usual 189.4ish spot on the dia=
l. Carl was my first skywave copy back in my ARC-5 receiving days and it =
was always great to look for TH about midnight when it was really cold ou=
tside - most often just a wish because his signal didn't make the 275mile=
 trip that often. =20

Having said that, how in the heck are we going to convince this guy to se=
nd in QRSS? I'm sure that once he sees what can be done with a 20db adder=
 to his signal capabilities he will give wonder why he held out so long. =20
