I hope so. It represents a more level playing field, and is therefore ideal
for antenna experiments. There is also sufficient BW for all sorts of modes,
something that the 136 kHz allocation won't have. And of course, you don't
need an amateur license.
On the other hand, it would be really sweet to get some relaxation of the
Part 15 rules on the 160-190 kHz section. Like eliminating the transmission
line part of the antenna length, allowing transmitters to be in the house.
Or maybe liberalizing the antenna description to cover the bigger loops. I
guess that would now best be dealt with as a proposal to amend Part 15.
