Hi Lewis,

Actually the moon is at perogee and sky noise has been
very low, so EME has been good on 2m. The moon is
a very poor reflector at lf, hi.

For all practical intents and purposes, horizontal does not
exist at LF (only if you have an airplane to RX from).
