Part 15 rules because they are not using their calls.  What is the =
difference between BORG2 and KIJL6?  Neither one of them are ham calls =
but one gives a lot more information relating to location because of the =
tremendous amateur call sign data base that already exists.  It's =
perfectly legal too.  That is unless you are too, too much of a big fat =
HAM to involve your ham call some how.  I read about some hams too proud =
to have their calls involved some how with part 15 VLF activities.  What =
is that all about?  Anyway, should you hear KIJL6 some day around 178 =
kHz, it shouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure out where the beacon =
is located..
I thought the purpose was to provide easy location.  Hmm. Stupid me!  =
Lets keep it a secret so no one can figure out where the beacon is.  Now =
that sounds like it was well thought out now; doesn't it?  No, grid =
squares are not accurate enough.
