Part 15 rules because they are not using their calls. What is the =
difference between BORG2 and KIJL6? Neither one of them are ham calls =
but one gives a lot more information relating to location because of the =
tremendous amateur call sign data base that already exists. It's =
perfectly legal too. That is unless you are too, too much of a big fat =
HAM to involve your ham call some how. I read about some hams too proud =
to have their calls involved some how with part 15 VLF activities. What =
is that all about? Anyway, should you hear KIJL6 some day around 178 =
kHz, it shouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure out where the beacon =
is located..
I thought the purpose was to provide easy location. Hmm. Stupid me! =
Lets keep it a secret so no one can figure out where the beacon is. Now =
that sounds like it was well thought out now; doesn't it? No, grid =
squares are not accurate enough.

And under what part of the Rules would they be doing this? :-)
