	A more effective plan is to tape record the din and then play it back
at high volume in the middle of the morning, when the whole crew who
sponsored the thing are sleeping off their hangovers.  It's been done
and brought the police on the double.  What was sweet music to some in
the middle of the night becomes an illegal public nuisance in the
daytime!
