	Yep.  Someone will hear those 49 MHz signals far, far away IF anyone is
listening at the appropriate time.  Can't get down that low in 6m
receiving here. that here.  As for the laws of physics, you haven't
talked to the "free energy" guys or the inventors of "magic" antennas. 
QST used to carry an ad for an 80 M beam which was only, as I recall,
about 4' by 4'.  "Guaranteed to dissipate 1 kw!".  Probably could.
