This is the actuall scanning frequency, the data is downloaded from a
computer over phone lines. There has been a big stink over it as it is
jamming BC, HAM, Aero and Military comms at times on other frequencies near
5, 8 and 12 MHz..  The FCC ordered them to operate in the ISDM region near
13,500 KCs.  I had a link with all sorts of pictures and data, but can't
find it.
