[Lowfer] Navy LW station NE of San Francisco???

I was out in San Francisco last week and saw a huge Navy LW antenna farm
northeast of San Francisco but don't remember the town's name and didn't
take any pictures. It was within an hour's drive of the coast and south of
interstate 80. Does anyone know the specs on the station like frequency or
antenna info??? The antenna was a giant array with many towers and tons of
wire. I should have stopped for some pictures, as it was an awesome site to
the eyes.
