[Lowfer] The Never Ending Saga that is the Beacon Listings

In response to John's comments about pending changes, I currently
have only a frequency change for GA (Hifer) band awaiting my
next update.

If there are others that need to be changed, please point them out
to me ASAP as I will be making an update later today (Saturday).

As always, it's up to individual beacon operators to insure that
their listing is correct. Despite our best efforts, we do
make mistakes, typos, etc.

Glad to hear that John agrees that we need another "sunset" list.
I remember a few years back when we did this and the number
of lowfers was cut in half overnight! (ha, ha)
