updated! Haven't seen any messages at this end (LWCA) from the Noise Floor
update form in a few months, though. Also, I notice some recent
[email protected] e-mail messages about changes that still aren't reflected in
the online lists. Perhaps Les and I need to doublecheck to make sure the
coordination is working as it should. On the other topic:

I basically agree with this, and for the same reasons Les stated. It's time
again for a "sunset" list. The only thing I would propose different is that
we set a mid-September deadline rather than August 30, as many beacon
operators traditionally don't even begin their planning until Labor Day.
Further thoughts, anyone?
